1. Return Eligibility

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The product is unused and undamaged

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Note: Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@cooksy.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
