| Cooking | Stay protected – always use oven gloves when handling anything hot. We recommend using Le Creuset Silicone Tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools. Metal utensils may be used with care but should not be used harshly or scraped over the surface. Use the most appropriately sized hob ring – especially for induction hobs. Cook on medium or low heat for best results. Let it heat up gradually. Avoid sliding on glass-topped hobs – always lift the product. |
